“Before I started this adventure, I made a culinary journey through the Netherlands. It all started in my mother’s kitchen. My first training company was Restaurant Zuid-Zeeland in Amsterdam, which sparked my enthusiasm. Then I worked for three years at Restaurant La Rive under the direction of Edwin Kats. I left Amsterdam for Kruiningen to work at Restaurant Manoir Inter Scaldes.
After Zeeland I traveled even more southward and worked at Restaurant Beluga in Maastricht, under chef Hans van Wolde. After two great years I became a chef at Restaurant Chocolat in Breda. In September 2011, my culinary journey resulted in Restaurant Jaspers: the place where all my knowledge and experience come together. We hope to welcome you in our restaurant soon!"
Our private dining gives you the opportunity to dine with a group in a separate area within our restaurant. Ideal for a family gathering or a business dinner. Should you like to come on a Sunday or a Monday, we are more than happy to discuss the options with you.

We are easily accessible by car and there is ample parking space in the neighborhood, which is paid. Should you prefer to come by public transport, take tram 3 or 12.Plan your route
Restaurant Jaspers is open from Tuesday to Saturday. The kitchen opens at 6pm. We are closed on Sunday and Monday, which is when we recharge for the coming week.
With restrictions soon to be relaxed, we will most likely reopen on the 5th June. We are delighted that we treat you to a nice evening yet again.
We will of course adhere to the measures that the government has prescribed for us. This means that we have made a number of adjustments in our restaurant;
